Frequently asked.
Those products are built around phone calls and video meetings. Flowpod is built around AI: it has a 32" primary AI workspace screen, a dedicated side panel for live transcription and AI reasoning, a beamforming voice array optimised for AI models, and an integrated platform (booking, voice profiles, enterprise integrations). It is a different product category.
At launch: OpenAI (GPT-4o and above), Anthropic (Claude), and Google Gemini. Any enterprise-deployed model accessible via REST API is also supported. Users set their preferred assistant in their profile — the pod loads it automatically on entry.
Standard configuration: 12 weeks from signed order to installed pod, including delivery, installation, and onboarding. We handle the full process. An express programme is available for select markets — contact sales.
Flowpod is GDPR compliant and SOC2 ready. Data residency is configurable by region. Session data is governed by your enterprise policy. We do not train on customer data. Full audit trail and configurable retention are included in the platform subscription.
Starting from €5,000 per pod. Volume pricing is available for multi-pod deployments — contact sales for a proposal. The pod is a capital purchase; the platform subscription (booking, profiles, integrations, security) is billed annually per seat.
Headphones reduce distraction for the person wearing them. They do not provide acoustic privacy from colleagues, do not integrate identity-aware AI profiles, do not provide a dedicated AI workspace screen, and do not address the security and compliance exposure of voice AI in open offices. Flowpod is infrastructure, not a peripheral.
